Hey! i'm Anicka and I’m a sports and injury specialist. I have 27 years of experience and deal with all types of injuries. Not just from sports but also work and lifestyle related. I am now available at Boxup gym on Wednesdays and Fridays for treatment sessions. 

Some of the techniques I use are; sports massage, Deep-tissue, trigger point therapy which is also known as acupressure, muscle and scar tissue breakdown to name but a few. My treatments help the body to recover from any injury 70% faster! 

My prices are:

£80 for 60mins 
£120 for 90mins
